Telosi is a product of CoLab Studios, a division of CoLab Work LLC.

What we collect

  • Forms on this site: your name, business, email, phone and what you typed. Used to reply to you and nothing else.
  • The WordPress scanner: the website address you enter, what that site publicly sends to any visitor (server headers, version information), and, if you request the full report, your email. We do not store your site's content.
  • Client sites we host: your customers' names, emails, bookings and purchases, held on your behalf so your site can run. You own that data.
  • Logs: standard web server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested), kept for 30 days for security.
  • Cookies: a login cookie for customers signed in to a client site, and, where a client turns it on, an analytics ID (Google Analytics or Plausible). No advertising cookies.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, run your site, send emails your site needs (booking confirmations, lead notifications, receipts), and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with anyone except the providers below.

Who we share it with

Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, email routing), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments; card details never touch our servers), Supabase (database). Each is bound by its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Inquiries: until resolved, then up to 2 years. Scanner results: 90 days. If you ask for the full report, we keep your request as an inquiry. Client site data: while the site is active, then exported to the client and deleted 30 days after cancellation.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted: [email protected]. Unsubscribe links are in every marketing email we send. We only send marketing email to people who asked for it.

Children

Telosi sites may be used by businesses that serve minors (for example youth classes). Those businesses collect what they need from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children directly.
