Terms of Service

Last updated October 27, 2026. These terms are between you and CoLab Work LLC ("Telosi", "we"), Wheaton, Illinois.

Telosi is a product of CoLab Studios, a division of CoLab Work LLC.

The service

Telosi builds, hosts and runs business websites. Plans, prices and what each includes are on the Pricing page. Setup is a one-time fee for the build. The monthly fee covers hosting, security, the edits listed in your plan, and support.

Payment

Setup is due before build starts. Monthly fees are billed in advance by card. Payments your customers make on your site (bookings, packs, products) go to your own Stripe account; Telosi never holds your customers' money.

What you own, what we own

You own your domain, your content, your customers' data and your brand. Telosi owns the platform, templates and code. If you leave, we export your content and customer data in a standard format.

Cancellation

Cancel any time by email. Your monthly fee stops at the end of the current period. Your site stays up for 30 days after that so you can move it, then it comes down. Setup fees are not refunded once the build has started.

Edits and turnaround

Turnaround and revision rounds are as listed in your plan. A small edit is text, a photo, a price or hours, under 15 minutes. Larger changes are quoted before we do them.

Acceptable use

Don't use a Telosi site for anything illegal, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't send spam from it. We can suspend a site that does, after notice where possible.

The WordPress scanner

Only scan websites you own or are authorized to assess. The scanner reads what a site sends to any visitor and does not attempt to exploit anything. Results describe what is publicly visible; they are not a security audit and do not mean a site is or isn't compromised.

Availability and liability

We aim for your site to be up all the time and host it on Cloudflare's network. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

Illinois law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts of DuPage County, Illinois.

We will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes are emailed to active clients. Contact: [email protected].
